Becoming a member of The Civic Players couldn't be more simple. There are many ways to get in contact with us, such as:​

Whether you have any experience in treading the boards or not, come and say hello! The theatre is a wonderful way to get out there and meet new people, attend social events, build some confidence, read plays, learn new skills both technical and creative. It is true that people are known to 'Get the bug' and most then stay for years!

Don't be put off by learning lines, or by how confusing a lighting or sound desk might look. We can show you all of the tricks and bring you up to speed in no time.

 

Of course alongside all of the stage stuff, construction crews are needed, marketing people, stage crew, Front of house staff. The list is as endless as the possibilities to push yourself.
