notify you of any changes to The Civic Players as a volunteer of ours,
notify you of any changes of practices or policies or terms and conditions, and
receive any applications, or CVs, you submit to us to supply us services, apply to volunteer or become a supporter of The Civic Players.
If you are a supporter of ours (i.e. you have decided to offer a monthly donation to the The Civic Players we may send you customer service emails and event related notices to provide you customer support, including any notices required by law in lieu of communication by postal mail, or we may send you feedback or market research surveys to help us improve and customise our events, products and services.

The Data Protection Laws allow us to email you for these purposes without explicitly requiring your consent because the processing of your personal information is for your and our legitimate interests, as you are a customer or enquirer; or because processing is necessary because we have a contract with you or because we need to take specific steps before entering into a contract such as you becoming a supplier, friend, sponsor or volunteer at The Civic Players.

Subscribing to our e-Newsletter means you’re first to hear about news and updates about The Civic Players, or any of our associated events, because these are delivered straight into your email inbox. To receive our e-Newsletter or electronic communications marketing by email, you must actively ‘opt in’ to subscribe. You can subscribe directly by filling in the field in the footer of our Website.

When you actively opt in (select or tick a box or fill in the data field(s)), you give your consent for us to email you marketing and promotional communications. You will see, near the data field or tick box, a clearly written notice of what you are subscribing to and confirmation that you are of an appropriate age to give consent to disclose your Personal Data to us (aged 13 years old or over).

If you choose to join our e-Newsletter mailings, the email address that you submit to us will be stored on our WIX.com Website platform in our 'Shout Out' database, which we use for our email marketing. WIX is a Third Party Data Processor.

Your Personal Data, and other information such as contained in volunteer application forms and are held securely in our email system and our internal computer systems within databases for, sponsors and volunteers. We are able to provide:
Level access to the auditorium.
Wheelchair access and wheelchair positions in the auditorium (if arranged in advance).
Toilet for wheelchair users.
Wheelchair access to bar.
Hearing aid induction loop system.
If you have special requirements, please contact the Box Office to discuss your needs.
If you require supervision or assistance during your visit you may bring a carer who is entitled to an adjacent complimentary seat. The companion must be able to help you access the theatre and its facilities, remaining with you to ensure your wellbeing and comfort.
 
There are up to 3 wheelchair spaces available in the front row which should be booked when purchasing your ticket.
 
Assistance dogs are welcome; please discuss suitability of seating areas at the time of booking.
 
Limited onsite parking is available – this should be pre-booked (no charge) so that we can reserve a space for you.
